Trikoton

The cooperation between the Band Hundreds and trikoton is going further to the Berlin Music Week.

trikoton is an official partner of the Berlin Music Week, and will promote its work with Hundreds during a Berlin Music Week Party, given on the occasion of the launch of the compilation “Listen to Berlin Vol. III”. The guests will be given a trikoton bag, with a pattern combining all the tracks of the compilation. trikoton is hoping to get some great feed-backs!

From the 8th until the 11th of September, trikoton will also be present at the Popkomm, the International Music Business Market, and is looking forward to welcoming you on the booth B1-19 in the former Tempelhof Airport. It will enable you to discover trikoton’s up-to-date collection, and to create a knitting pattern out of your audio message.
Our interactive Recording Box will stay in the Berlinomat shop, Frankfurter Allee 89 in Berlin Friedrichshain. It remains another possibility to design your own trikoton garment anytime.

With Magdalena Kohler and Hanna-Lisette Wiesener under the spotlights, and the Hundreds for trikoton Party during the Fashion Week, trikoton got great press echoes. Joachim Schirrmacher wrote for the Hotel Mosaik Magazine a 3-paged article about Berlin, as Future of Fashion, with a picture from trikoton’s Lookbook on a whole page and described trikoton as “intelligent and innovative”. The Sportswear International News dedicated trikoton an article about , describing trikoton’s process of fabrication and the different available products from the personnalised article to the limited editions (to be read here).

The “Hundreds for trikoton” Party organized on the occasion of the launch of the new limited edition of scarfs with a track of Hundreds for the Fashion week was a great success. A synergy effect was undeniable, in the public composed of Hundreds fans and fashion addicts, which led to interesting conversations about the relationship between Arts and fashion.
This event enabled trikoton to acquire a certain notoriety in the music scene. The party has been announced as a must by lots of music blogs and medias. We couldn’t be happier!

trikoton is proud of its fashion designer Magdalena Kohler, who made it to the finale of the “Designer for tomorrow” contest organized by Peek and Cloppenburg. She presented her own collection on a Fashion Show during the Fashion Week, in front of the Maire Klaus Wowereit and other personalities. Her collection was specially remarked by the press and bloggers, and she can still enjoy the media repercussions of her success.
